AjaaoRide aims to keep cancellations fair for both riders and drivers. This policy explains when cancellation fees may apply and how refunds are handled.

1. Free Cancellation Window

Riders may cancel a ride free of charge within 2 minutes of booking, provided the ride has not progressed into a stage where cancellation charges have already been disclosed and applied.

2. Cancellation After Driver Assignment

If a rider cancels after a driver has been assigned, a cancellation fee of ₹20 may apply, subject to the trip stage and platform rules shown at the time of cancellation.

3. Driver No-Show

If a driver does not arrive or fails to complete the pickup without a valid reason, the rider will be eligible for a full refund of any eligible prepaid amount, subject to platform review.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds and payment reversals are typically processed within 5-7 business days, depending on the payment method, banking partner, and payment gateway timelines.
