AjaaoRide is a mobility technology platform operated by APPVIK Technologies that connects riders with independent transportation service providers (drivers). Use of the platform is subject to these terms.
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of AjaaoRide, a mobility technology platform operated by APPVIK Technologies. By using the platform, website, or related services, users and drivers agree to comply with these terms.
AjaaoRide acts as a technology aggregator that helps connect riders with independent drivers and transportation service providers. The platform facilitates booking, discovery, communication, and payment-related workflows, but transportation services are delivered by the independent provider (driver) who accepts the ride.
Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account, book rides independently, or use the platform as a driver unless otherwise permitted under applicable law and supervised by a lawful account holder.
Estimated or displayed fares are shown before confirmation wherever applicable. Final pricing may vary based on route, wait time, tolls, applicable charges, or platform conditions clearly disclosed through the service.
Users agree to provide accurate information, behave respectfully, avoid unlawful activity, and use the platform only for legitimate transportation-related purposes. Misuse, fraud, abuse, or harmful conduct may result in suspension or termination of access.
Drivers are expected to maintain accurate account information, comply with applicable transport and safety laws, behave professionally, and deliver services responsibly. Platform access may be suspended if standards or legal obligations are not met.
Ride payments, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the pricing and policy information displayed at the time of booking and by the AjaaoRide Cancellation & Refund Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, APPVIK Technologies and AjaaoRide are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform, service interruptions, third-party actions, or events outside reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of AjaaoRide shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Assam, India.
